Every parcel despatched through DPD Ireland is scanned throughout its journey, from collection to its final destination. Parcels are scanned up to 5 times, and customers can use their personal password and PIN (Personal Identification Number) to track where their parcel is at any given point - offering peace of mind when it matters most. There is also a Quick Track tool on our website, which gives the current parcel status, available without logging in.

Proof of Delivery (POD)

Upon delivery, every parcel is signed for, and our unique Proof of Delivery system enables the consignor on the day of delivery, to view the name and actual signature of the person who signed for the consignment. The POD signature is available to view on our website within seconds of capture, just log-in to our Customer Area.
